Manny Carrillo began his real estate career in 2004 upon graduating from California State University, Northridge with a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance & Real Estate. He began working for a local mortgage broker where he gathered a deep understanding of the complex world of real estate financing.
While working as a mortgage banker, he felt that he could further help homeowners by being on the front lines of the transaction and decided to obtain his real estate license and become a Realtor®. This allowed him to really understand the needs of buyers and sellers so that he can help his clients move onto the next chapter of their lives.
After helping countless homeowners achieve the American Dream of buying a home, Manny started investing in real estate. Throughout the years, he has bought and sold homes for profit and has several rental properties as well. This has provided him with invaluable experience where he can further help his clients build wealth through successfully investing in real estate.
Manny primarily works as a listing agent, specializing in working with homeowners who want to sell their homes. This experience has also made him an exceptional buyer's agent as he has first-hand knowledge as to what it takes to get his clients' offers accepted when buying a home. In fact, his offers get accepted 85% of the time.
When not helping people buying and selling real estate, he loves to spend time with his wife, two daughters, and their dog. In his spare time, he enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, and playing baseball.
